EPA Reg. Numbers: 8383-3 and 8383-7

Sporicidin® products are distributed by Micro-Pak Ltd for cleaning and disinfecting factory walls, floors and working surfaces as well as moldy materials. Through the use of Sporicidin® products, factories can be kept clean for months at a time.

Sporicidin® products are made in the USA and have been used in hospitals, medical offices, laboratories, and pharmaceutical clean rooms since 1978. Sporicidin® products are EPA-registered and FDA and OSHA compliant and when used correctly are a safe and effective method for the removal and prevention of mold. Sporicidin® products offered by Micro-Pak include Sporicidin® Disinfectant Solution, Sporicidin® Disinfectant Towelettes and Sporicidin® Enzymatic Cleaner.

Sporicidin® Disinfectant Solution and Sporicidin® Towelettes are used to clean, disinfect and deodorize materials, equipment and surfaces. When used properly Sporicidin® disinfectants can provide continual residual anti-microbial bacteriostatic activity for up to four months (results may vary) and are safe to use on most plastics, treated wood, glass, and metals.

Sporicidin® Enzymatic Cleaner is a concentrated combination of three enzymes (protease, amylase and lipase) and is used for deep cleaning and removal of mold. Sporicidin® Enzymatic Cleaner is used to remove mold and other organic contamination from walls, floors, ceilings, and other surfaces inside factories. The Enzymatic cleaner is safe to use on most plastics, treated wood, glass and metals but should not be used on finished product.

Suggested Procedure to clean mold from finished products

  1. Open packing and throw away any wrapping paper, tissue or other packing materials inside the finished products. If individual boxes were used, lightly spray undiluted Sporicidin® Disinfectant on a clean cloth and wipe the inside of each inner box. Sporicidin® Disinfectant Towelettes can also be used and the cleaning cloth or towelette should be discarded after cleaning a maximum of twenty boxes.
  2. If polybags were used, these polybags should be thrown away and replaced with new polybags.
  3. Wipe the worktable with Sporicidin® Disinfectant Solution or Sporicidin® Disinfectant Towelette. Repeat this process after cleaning each moldy finished product.
  4. Pour Sporicidin® Disinfectant Solution into a small clean container. Dip a small, clean and soft brush or cloth into the small container of Sporicidin® Disinfectant solution. Shake off any excess solution from the brush and then use this brush to remove all visible mold on the finished products. The brush must be dipped into the Sporicidin® Disinfectant solution repeatedly to make sure there is enough solution on the brush to remove all visible molds.
  5. After cleaning each piece of finished product, clean the brush or cloth thoroughly before using it to clean another piece of finished product.
  6. After removing all visible molds on the finished product, wipe the complete finished product including parts where there was no visible mold, with a clean cloth soaked with the Sporicidin® Disinfectant Solution or with Sporicidin® Disinfectant Towelettes.
  7. Use of Sporicidin® brand products will vary depending on the item being cleaned.  For further advice, please contact Micro-Pak Ltd. at info@micropakltd.com or 852-2956 2991.
